NEC Adjudicator Nominating Body

NEC-Adjudicators.org is an adjudicator nominating body specifically dealing with adjudicator nominations in NEC contracts.

If you wish to use our services, please get in touch with us here.

Learn more about how our FREE service works

The 'NEC3 Engineering & Construction Contracts' contains Dispute Resolution arrangements for both UK Construction contracts and elsewhere in the world. The role of nec-adjudicators.org is that of an Adjudicator Nominating Body. It is a nominating body, not being a party to the dispute, which holds itself publicly as a body, which will select an adjudicator when requested to do so by a Referring party. Importantly this ANB is wholly unconnected with the developer/ author of NEC Standard Form documents. Independence is an important feature of the work of the adjudicator.

NEC-adjudicators.org is an initiative of Tony Bingham (right), Barrister at Law, Adjudicator, Arbitrator, Mediator. For more information, his weekly column and a profile of Tony Bingham, please visit his website here.

How to get the right adjudicator for your adjudication
My March commentary reminded us that 28-day adjudication has been with us for just 12-years and made a big difference. Let's call it "Dispute Watch". It's 12 years now since mandatory 28-day Adjudication was invented. How to help an adjudicator adjudicate
It's just about 12-years since "Adjudication" under building & civil engineering contracts was invented.
